Drawing on past experience, we design homes that have high market appeal and are practical and efficient to build. As a small, client-focused design firm, we are flexible and adept at working in sync with each builders particular strengths and styles. We value long-term relationships and look for ways to help our associates succeed.

We enjoy the process of working with our clients to help them articulate their wants and needs—and to create a design that's a living expression of what matters to them. Word-of-mouth referrals are a healthy sign that our clients are happy with the results.

The following sketch, (drawn by Ashley Pollay) rendering and pictures shows the typical flow of one of our design projects.  This project was a spec home for The Whittle Development Corp.  It was built in the Enclave @ Buffallo Creek, in Heath, Texas.
