This remodel was for a client in the "M" Streets near downtown Dallas, Texas.  We completely redesinged the downstairs and added a master suite upstairs. We also designed a detached  garage with an apartment above .

This remodel was a complete redesign and rebuild "FLIP".  The home, in McKinney, Texas,  was almost condemed before our client bought  it. I wish we had a "before" picture.  You would not recognize it!
